We’re encouraging members to register for our online member portal as this is the most secure way to get in touch. The Portal makes it easier for you to manage your pension at a time that suits you. You can use the portal to complete a range of tasks without needing to contact the Horizon Pension Team. If you do need to contact us, simply log in and complete our secure contact form and we’ll then respond via a secure message in the Portal.

Our email address is no longer in use for any new queries from members of the Scheme. If you have any ongoing queries with the Horizon Pension Team, they will share their response via the member portal if possible, so please look out for an email confirming a response has been loaded to your individual mailbox.
