If you’re already registered for the Portal, why not log in again and see the new features. You’ll also have the option to update the way you log in to a simpler, even more secure method known as multi-factor authentication, or MFA, for short.

You’ll no longer have to remember digits from a PIN whenever you log in. Instead, we’ll send a one-time code to your mobile phone via SMS or an app.

If you’ve not yet registered, we’d recommend that you sign up now and check that the details we hold for you are correct and add an email address we can use to update you with Scheme communications. You’ll have the option to choose MFA as part of the registration process.

The most efficient and secure way to contact the administration team is to use the ‘Contact us’ function inside the Portal to raise a query.
